Well, I beg to differ.... Beauty is at any age... as long as a woman cares and puts a lil bit of effort.
You can be 80 and still look hot, if you take care of yourself. We can be 20 and look aged and old if we don't care.

So here's an example of a 40 year old lady looking great on her daughter's wedding day with minimal makeup. she requested VERY light makeup.. tkot org kampong terkejot katanya... ;)

The before photo shown is already halfway thru the process... her skin imperfections has been concealed.
A lil bit of peach blush to give her extra glow as she has been tired from the lack of sleep.

Makeup For Mature Lady, best products to reduce wrinkle appearance

Putting the right makeup on mature skin can be quite a task, as the wrong product can accentuate wrinkles and further putting more aged look instead. 

The trick is using light reflective make up to bounce off light where you don’t want the wrinkle to show. The MAC Strobe cream is really good in doing so, by subtly giving glow and giving a smoother skin as a base. Next is using the MAC Mineralized Satinfinish liquid foundation giving the skin a healthy glow and less powdered look. Heavily powdered look can result in unnatural aged look. 

Keep it sheer and glowing, and use LANCOME Teint Miracle pen to magically erase wrinkle, eye bag, laugh lines. However the magic result is only prominent in flash photography, as you need the light flash effect to reflect the smooth look. Makeup For Mature Woman - 67 years old

Remember ladies, makeup is not suppose to make you look aged! With the right tools and cheerful colors, you can actually make your mom/grandmother look much younger than they actually are. Here is Lisa from Shah Alam. Looking at her picture, can you believe she is almost 50 years old? I think she looks amazing for a 47 year old lady... I asked what's her beauty secret; she uses custom beauty product from a local doctor. Lupa nama doc tu pulak. So, Lisa here doesn't use makeup on daily basis (she does NOT need it anyways)...& she didn't like heavy eyemakeup (takot jadi mata burung hantu katanya) so for her dinner, I decided not to give her a typical dark dinner drama eyeshadow, it is always important to be comfortable with your makeup. So, for Lisa... i gave her soft ochre and brown tone from MAC colors (not evident in these photos, as the camera flash beached out the colors). but I can assure you her eyes looks naturally gorgeous in real life. Even out her skin tanned tone with FS36 foundation... camouflage her undereye crease and dark circle with concealers and highlight pen from LANCOME...  

Can you guess that she is 47 years old? She is HOT!! I wish i can look as good as her when i'm 47...
